Giulio was quite a good tour guide and his timing was great as he got us to the ship at the time we had asked for. The weather was great and couldn't ask for more really. Ciao Giulio: Gloria and I have safely returned to America. We have now recaptured our normal life over here. But we leave in 2 weeks for our trip to France. So we are busy, but all is well. You provide an excellent service that either transfers people or provides guide services. All that is fairly standard. You were always early for our pickups, which is a big plus. We never had to worry if you were going to show up. Your english is good; so we were able to communicate easily. You were very flexible; so you were able to be available when we needed you. And if our plans changed, you were able to accommodate us. All that is very good. Probably the best thing you did, however, was to listen to what we wanted. We had done some research and were familiar with the area. We wanted transfers done in a certain way and we wanted the tours done that way, too. You listened to us and gave us what we asked for. That is most excellent. A lot of people "do the same thing" for everybody. We didn't want "the same thing". The fact that you listened to us allowed us to customize our trip the way we wanted.
