Conditions of Service

Cancellation is accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before scheduled pick up time of the service you wish to cancel.
In the event of no-show or in case of a cancellation after deadline, Guemar Travel will charge a "Cancellation Fee" corresponding to 50% of total amount.
Boat Tours are regulated by Port Authority. In case of bad weather, the Port Authority might limit the cruises and even decide to cancel all cruises.
In those cases, clients will pay no fee.
