Ciao Giulio: Gloria and I have safely returned to America. We have now recaptured our normal life over here. But we leave in 2 weeks for our trip to France. So we are busy, but all is well. You provide an excellent service that either transfers people or provides guide services. All that is fairly standard. You were always early for our pickups, which is a big plus. We never had to worry if you were going to show up. Your english is good; so we were able to communicate easily. You were very flexible; so you were able to be available when we needed you. And if our plans changed, you were able to accommodate us. All that is very good. Probably the best thing you did, however, was to listen to what we wanted. We had done some research and were familiar with the area. We wanted transfers done in a certain way and we wanted the tours done that way, too. You listened to us and gave us what we asked for. That is most excellent. A lot of people "do the same thing" for everybody. We didn't want "the same thing". The fact that you listened to us allowed us to customize our trip the way we wanted. Giulio, you were a wonderful guide and an excellent driver. We always felt safe with you. Thank you for taking such good care of all of us in Naples and the Amalfi Coast. You were always so professional, prompt and very flexible in meeting our needs. We really felt treated like family by you and Paola. It was also comforting to have a familiar face pick us up at Sorrento Hospital and take us back to Le Sirenuse when we had to go to the Emergency Room. What an experience that was! It was also very nice of you to surprise us at the Naples Port and personally pick us up for our transfer to the Capodichino airport.

We want to thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent on the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii / Vesuvius over the last week. It was truly a memorable hoilday and the warm and friendly service you provided made the trip very special. August 15, 2010. We just returned from two weeks of exploring Italy and wanted to thank you for your driving services. We were met by Diego at Napoli Airport and he escorted us to a new and clean Mercedes Van. Diego was very personable, helpful, and generally pleasant to be around. He took us to Pompeii and waited for us as we toured the ancient city. He then drove us down the beautiful Amalfi Coast to Positano, but not before stopping at a gorgeous scenic outlook of Napoli Bay. We got out and took pictures and am attaching one with Diego and my husband, Dennis. We were so pleased with Diego that we requested to have him to pick us up in Positano at the end of our stay. We stopped in Sorrento and Diego joyfully showed us parts of his charming hometown We wandered around various Limoncello factories, getting free samples along the way and purchasing beautiful bottles as gifts to take home with us. He then drove us to Napoli Train Station, parked and escorted us with our luggage through a private back entrance directly into the station, allowing us to avoid some of the crowds. He patiently helped us purchase train tickets to Rome, not the easiest thing for an American to figure out on our own, and walked us to the platform and bid us goodbye. It is also worth mentioning that Diego's driving abilities are super. He approaches those curves of Positano and the Amalfi Coast in a steady fashion and we always felt that we were in good hands. His command of English was respectable as well. We definitely would recommend your service to others and will also use your driving services on our next trip to Italy. We can’t thank you enough for the amazing day we had with you and Alberto on our tour of the Amalfi Coast on July 8th. Everyone was impressed with your exceptional service… just as advertised!! You arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel in your very comfortable new mini-vans. We realized how crucial it was to have a vehicle with good air-conditioning after we took a tour the following week in Tuscany with another company. We were so hot and uncomfortable that one of us almost passed out! Everything we experienced with you was memorable, the tour of the coast itself, shopping in Positano, the Emerald Grotto (It’s a Miracle!!) and the restaurant in Ravello with the most gorgeous scenic view and delicious lunch. We all agreed it was one of the best dining experiences we enjoyed on our vacation. I've enclosed a few photos of our group that were taken on the tour. Terry and I especially need to thank you and Alberto for taking the extra time at the end of the day to help us sort out our problem with our rental car. That was so kind of you to go out of your way to assist us! We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Naples/Amalfi area to use your services for tours, transfers, whatever. I would highly recommend Guemar Travel for people visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Each time we had a driver booked to collect us, he was very punctual, and actually arrived early each time. We were delighted to have David drive us round for the whole day Amalfi coast tour, in a very comfortable late model Mercedes van. David was very polite, fun to be with and thoroughly professional in his duties and made a very good suggestion for where to have lunch at Positano, and phoned the restaurant to make our booking. Upon arrival at the restaurant we were treated so well and placed right next to the window to admire the fabulous view, while eating our delicious lunch. David ensured we had a fabulous day on the Amalfi Coast, visiting the towns of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, including the Villa Rufolo with it’s beautiful ancient buildings and exquisite gardens. Thanks David, this is one day we will never forget! On the previous day, David had collected us from Naples and drove us to Pompei, once again phoning and organizing a private tour guide for our 2 hour visit. We would highly recommend Guemar Travel to our friends, and my dealings by email with Paola were always met with cheerful and prompt replies and good quotations.
